Device rental
Charged monthly in advance.
For example: your 1st June invoice covers your June rental.
Transaction fees
Charged in arrears for the month just gone, with a full breakdown of volume and fees.
For example: yours 1st June invoices covers transaction fees across May.
Additional commitments top-up (if applicable)
If your total volume doesn’t meet your agreed minimum, we may add an additional fee to the invoice - customers would have agreed to this commitment when they signed their contract.

Other fees
Any extras—like chargebacks and payouts—will show up in your monthly bill for the period they happened.
Payment timing
Invoice sent: 1st of each month
Card payments: charged on the 2nd
