Why you might need to update

Sometimes things change—maybe you're switching from personal to business banking or sorting out how your payouts are split. This guide walks you through the steps, the paperwork, and a few handy tips to make the process seamless.

How to update your payout account

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Get your documents ready
    You’ll need a PDF copy of your latest bank statement. If you're switching to a business account, make sure the statement is for that account.

  2. Start the process
    Use the secure link we’ve sent you to begin updating your account details.

  3. Verify your identity
    We’ll ask you to confirm who you are using a one-time passcode (OTP). It’ll be sent to your registered email or phone number—so make sure those are up to date.

  4. Hold tight for a quick review
    While we review your update, payouts will be paused. But good news—you can still trade as usual. Most updates are quick, but if it takes longer than 2 working days to receive your payout, give our support team a shout.

Special Considerations for Split Payments

If your payouts are set up as split payments, here’s what to do:

  • You can still use the secure link to update your bank account.

  • Let your support agent or account manager know which site or terminal you want the updated payout to come from.
