Billing Summaries: How to view & download

Need to check your latest invoice or billing summary? No problem - you can grab these directly from your Basecamp portal. Here’s how to find, view, and download them whenever you need.

  1. Log into your Basecamp account

  2. Navigate to Billing → Invoices in the main menu

  3. You’ll see a list of invoices for your account

  4. Click the pink arrow on the right-hand side of the invoice you want

  5. Choose Invoice or Billing summary to download your PDF

Understanding Your Billing Summary

Your Billing Summary provides a breakdown of your monthly account charges and activity - perfect for record keeping or reconciling payments.

If you didn’t trade during a given month, your summary will simply show £0 activity.

Each summary includes:

  1. Invoice total: The final billed amount for that period

  2. Invoice date: When the invoice was issued

  3. Trading summary: Any fees, refunds, or adjustments made during that billing period

  4. Account reference: A unique invoice ID you can use if you ever need support

Here’s an example of what a billing summary looks like:

Note: Both documents can be downloaded as PDFs and stored for your records.

Tip: Self-serve anytime

As of September 2025, you can now self-serve invoices and billing summaries directly from your Basecamp account.

No need to contact support - just log in, head to Billing → Invoices, and download the documents you need.

If you manage multiple sites or teams, simply repeat the same steps for each account.
