Log into your Basecamp account
Navigate to Billing → Invoices in the main menu
You’ll see a list of invoices for your account
Click the pink arrow on the right-hand side of the invoice you want
Choose Invoice or Billing summary to download your PDF
Understanding Your Billing Summary
Your Billing Summary provides a breakdown of your monthly account charges and activity - perfect for record keeping or reconciling payments.
If you didn’t trade during a given month, your summary will simply show £0 activity.
Each summary includes:
Invoice total: The final billed amount for that period
Invoice date: When the invoice was issued
Trading summary: Any fees, refunds, or adjustments made during that billing period
Account reference: A unique invoice ID you can use if you ever need support
Here’s an example of what a billing summary looks like:

Billing summary | A high-level breakdown of fees, refunds, and adjustments | For internal reconciliation or record keeping

Note: Both documents can be downloaded as PDFs and stored for your records.
Tip: Self-serve anytime
As of September 2025, you can now self-serve invoices and billing summaries directly from your Basecamp account.
No need to contact support - just log in, head to Billing → Invoices, and download the documents you need.
If you manage multiple sites or teams, simply repeat the same steps for each account.
