Setting Up POS Integration

Want to connect your POS to your yetipay terminal? Here's what you need to know.

Before You Start

Check you have:

  • A compatible POS system

  • Stable internet at your location (Wi-Fi or 4G)

  • Time for testing after setup

Important: Integration needs reliable internet to work. If your connection is often unstable, non-integrated mode might be more reliable for you.

Setup Process

1. Contact Us

Reach out to support and let us know:

  • Your POS system name

  • Your location details

  • Your terminal serial number (if you have it)

2. We'll Configure It

Our team will set up the integration on our side. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

Your POS provider may also need to enable yetipay integration - we'll guide you through this.

3. Testing

Once configured, we'll help you test to make sure payments flow correctly between your POS and terminal.

4. You're Ready

Start using your integrated payments!

How long does it take?

1-2 business days for configuration, plus POS provider setup if needed.

Is there an extra cost?

No fee from yetipay. Your POS provider may charge - check with them.

What if my internet goes down?

You can always switch to non-integrated mode to keep taking payments.

Can I still use non-integrated mode?

Yes! You can switch between modes anytime. Integration is optional - use it when it works best for you.
