Let’s dive into your payout reports!
Here's How to Access Your Payout Reports:
Log into Your Basecamp Account here.
In the left-hand menu, click on Reporting.
Select Payouts from the options.
Navigating your Payout Report:
The dates you see in the report are for the day after the actual trading day. So, if you're checking for payments processed on the 1st of the month, look for a “PAYOUT DATE” of the 2nd.
If you manage multiple sites, each site will display its own payout report.
To view more details, click on the payout. This will expand the box, showing additional info, such as:
Date of trading
Payment amounts
Refunds
Chargebacks
Tips, and more.
The Subtotal column shows the amount that should have been deposited into your bank account.
For a detailed breakdown, click the Detail button for a closer look at the payment collected on that day.
