This report helps you track how much money they’ve earned and what amount is being transferred to their bank account after processing fees, refunds, and other deductions.
How to View Your Payout Reports
Log into your Basecamp account here.
In the left-hand menu, click on Reporting.
Select Payouts from the options.
Navigating your Payout Report
The dates listed in the report represent the day after the actual trading day. For example, if you're looking for payments processed on the 1st of the month, look for a "PAYOUT DATE" of the 2nd.
If you manage multiple sites, each site will display its own payout report.
To view more details, click on the payout. This will expand the box, showing additional information, such as:
Date of trading
Payment amounts
Refunds
Chargebacks
Tips, and more.
The Subtotal column shows the amount that should have been deposited into your bank account.
For a detailed breakdown of the payments collected on that day, click the Detail button.
