How to add/remove payment methods and update the email we send invoices to

Staying on top of your billing information is super important! If your bank details have changed, just follow these easy steps to keep everything running smoothly

Updating Your Billing Information:

  1. Log Into Basecamp: Head on over to Basecamp and log in!

  2. Select Billing: Click on the Billing section (it’s your treasure map to payment settings!).

  3. Payment Methods: Here, you can add or remove payment methods, or even choose a new default payment method.

Changing Where Billing Info Is Sent:

  1. Log Into Basecamp Again: Yep, you’re already halfway there!

  2. Select Billing: Click on Billing once more.

  3. Invoices: Now, head over to Invoices.

  4. Billing Communication Settings: At the top of the page, tweak your Billing Communication Settings to make sure your invoices land in the right place!
