Adding, removing or replacing default payment methods

It's super important to keep your billing information fresh and accurate! If your bank details change, just follow these simple steps to make sure your account stays happy and paid up!

To update your billing information:

  1. Log in to Basecamp: Start by signing into your Basecamp account.

  2. Select "Billing": Find the Billing section—it’s your go-to place!

  3. Choose "Payment Methods": Here you can add or remove payment methods or set a new default one.

Want to Change Where Your Billing Info Goes?

  1. Log in to Basecamp

  2. Select "Billing":

  3. Click on "Invoices": Now you can change your “Billing communication settings” at the top of the page.
