I want to order an additional card machine:

If you have an existing account and would like to order an additional card machine:

  1. Log into Basecamp

  2. Click Devices

  3. Click ‘Order new device’

  4. Follow the steps indicated.

Please note you will not be able to do this if your account isn’t fully setup.


I want to order a replacement card machine:

If you need to replace a damaged or faulty card machine you can do so by:

  1. Message your account manager informing them of the faulty/damaged machine

    1. Include the serial number of the machine (picture is fine)

  2. Follow this link: Royal Mail Track My Return to book your collection (FREE of charge)

    1. You have the option to arrange a collection from your home or drop off the device at a nearby post office.

  3. Once we have the serial number of the damaged machine we can process a replacement!

    1. A tracking number for the replacement will be sent out once it is collected.

    2. Most orders arrive within 24-48 hours!
