Ordering a new card machine

I want to order an additional card machine:

To order an additional card machine, simply log into your Basecamp account, head to Devices, and select Order new device. You’ll then be guided through our easy ordering process.

The portal will guide you through the full process, including:

  • Selecting the device you want

  • Confirming your account details

  • Choosing shipping options

  • Tracking your order

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll dispatch your device immediately.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s on its way.

Most new devices arrive within 24-48 hours!

If you want to order more than five devices at once, please contact support.


I want to order a replacement card machine:

To request a replacement, simply select the devices you wish to return in your Basecamp account and choose “Return devices.” You’ll then be guided directly to our new returns portal.

The portal will guide you through the full process, including:

  • Registering the return

  • Generating your return label

  • Instructions on how to package the device

  • Tracking the return back to us

Once the return is registered, we’ll arrange your replacement immediately.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s dispatched.

Most replacements arrive within 24-48 hours!

If you need to replace more than five devices at once, please contact support.
