I want to order an additional card machine:

Got an account and need another card machine? Easy!

  1. Log into Basecamp

  2. Head to Devices

  3. Click ‘Order new device’

  4. Follow the steps (we promise they’re easy!)

Heads up: You’ll need to have your account fully set up before doing this.


I want to order a replacement card machine:

Need a replacement card machine? No worries!

  1. Drop your account manager a message with the serial number (or snap a pic).

  2. Book a FREE collection using Royal Mail Track My Return – either have it collected from home or drop it off at your local post office. 🎉

Once we have the serial number, we’ll get your replacement sorted ASAP. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on its way!

Most replacements arrive within 24-48 hours!
