Once you have been approved for "unreferenced" refunds you can follow the steps below to initiate these:
Access the Transactions App on your device.
Navigate to the "New Transactions" section.
Enter your transaction passcode for authentication.
Select the "Refund" option.
Enter the refund passcode to proceed with the refund process.
