MOTO payments explained

What are they and how to get them

Updated over a week ago

MOTO (Mail Order/Telephone Order) payments are transactions where the cardholder provides their card details remotely, either over the phone or through mail, rather than in person or online.

How do I enable them on my Yetipay machine?

  • MOTO transactions are approved on a case-by-case basis due to the higher risk of fraudulent activity associated with them.

  • If you wish to enable MOTO on your devices, please reach out to your designated Account Manager or contact YetiPay support. Kindly note that this request must come from the account holder.

    • This must go through an approval process run by our compliance team.

  • Once approved by the Yetipay compliance team, your settings will be updated, and you'll be required to perform a configuration update.
