If you suspect a transaction may be fraudulent, follow these steps:

  1. Reach Out to the Cardholder

    • If you think something fishy is going on, try contacting the cardholder to confirm the transaction details. A little conversation can go a long way!

  2. Decline the Transaction

    • If you’re not feeling good about the transaction, it's best to play it safe and decline the payment.

  3. Report Suspicious Activity

    • If you suspect fraud is happening, don’t hesitate! Contact your YetiPay representative for help. We’re here to assist you in spotting any risks and keeping things secure.
