If you suspect a transaction may be fraudulent, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the cardholder: If possible, contact the cardholder to confirm the transaction details.

  2. Decline the transaction: If you're not satisfied that the transaction is legitimate, it's better to err on the side of caution and decline the payment.

  3. Report suspicious activity: If you believe fraud is occurring, contact your YetiPay representative for further guidance. We can help you identify and mitigate any risks.
