Issuing a refund

Refunds of a specific transaction can be issued both from the TableYeti App (on your device) and from Basecamp (on your web browser)!

To add the TableYeti app to your devices please contact your account manager!

In the TableYeti App:

  1. Open the TableYeti app

  2. Press the hamburger menu button (3 lines) on the top right hand side.

  3. Select "All transactions"

  4. Locate the transaction you need using the filters

  5. Press "refund"

  6. Enter the refund amount and the email address

In Basecamp:

  1. Open Basecamp

  2. Click "Reporting" and then "Transactions"

  3. Locate the transaction you need using the filters

  4. Click on "Refund"

  5. Enter the refund amount and the email address
