Updating the Image on Your Receipts
To update the image shown on your receipts, please contact Yetipay Support.
When reaching out, include:
Your company name
The image you would like to use
Image requirements:
Recommended size: 384 x 240 pixels
Supported formats: BMP, JPG, JPEG, PNG (these will be resized if needed)
GIF files will be converted to a single-frame image
Maximum file size: 256 KB
Once we have this information, we’ll update your receipt image for you.
