Issues with internet connectivity

All Yetipay terminals are equipped for both WiFi and 4G connectivity. A WiFi network needs to be manually joined by you, however, 4G comes standard out-of-the-box!

If your terminal is not connecting to 4G:

  1. Restart Your Machine: Try powering off your terminal and turning it back on.

  2. Perform a Hard Reset: If restarting doesn't resolve the issue, remove the battery from the back of the terminal, wait a few moments, and then reinsert it.

If your terminal is not connecting to WiFi:

  1. Navigate to Settings: Tap on the settings icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.

  2. Select Network: Choose the "Network" option.

  3. Enter Your Passcode: Input the unique passcode you received in your Yetipay shipping email.

  4. Connect to WiFi: Select "Wi-Fi," choose your desired network, and tap "Connect" at the bottom right.

  5. Return to Home Screen: Use the circle icon at the bottom center of the screen to go back to the home screen.
