Issues with internet connectivity

All Yetipay terminals are equipped for both WiFi and 4G connectivity. A WiFi network needs to be manually joined by you, however, 4G comes standard out-of-the-box!

If your terminal is not connecting to 4G:

  1. Restart your machine (power off and on again)

  2. If the above does not work - remove the battery completely (backside of the terminal) and reinsert it for a hard reset.

If your terminal is not connecting to WiFi:

  1. Navigate to settings (bottom left of the screen) > Network

  2. Enter your unique passcode (you would have received this in your Yetipay shipping email)

  3. Select "Wi-Fi"

  4. Choose the network you want to connect to > Connect (bottom right)

  5. Return to the Home-screen via the circle icon (bottom centre of the screen)
