How we pay you and how to change your settlement account details

We settle payments Monday to Friday, with funds appearing in your bank account as 7 separate payments per week if you're trading daily.

Settlements are processed at 9am on weekdays, so you'll likely receive your money in the morning.

To view your payout reports:

  1. Log into your Basecamp account

  2. Click on "Reporting" in the left menu

  3. Select "Payouts"

    1. Note: Payout dates are one day after the trading day

  4. Click on a payout for more details

If you need to change your settlement bank account details (where you receive money):

  1. Contact your Account Manager or our Customer Support

  2. You will need to provide a PDF bank statement for your new account

Once we have the above we can review the changes and, once approved, update your details.
