How we pay you (payouts) and how to change your settlement account details

We settle payments Monday through Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), and if you’re trading daily, you’ll see the funds arrive in your bank account as 7 separate payments each week!

Settlements happen at 9 AM on weekdays, so you’ll likely see your cash bright and early!

To view your payout reports:

  1. Log Into Basecamp: Start by logging into your Basecamp account!

  2. Click on "Reporting": Find Reporting in the left menu.

  3. Select "Payouts": Choose Payouts to see the good stuff!

  4. Note: Payout dates show up one day after the trading day.

  5. Get More Details: Click on a payout for a deeper dive!

Need to Change Your Settlement Bank Details?

No problem! Just:

  • Contact Your Account Manager or reach out to our Customer Support team.

  • Be sure to provide a PDF bank statement for your new account.

Once we have what we need, we’ll review the changes and, once approved, update your details.
