My billing summary does not match my invoice

If your Billing Summary doesn’t align with the invoice you received, don’t worry! This can happen for several reasons, such as:

  • Credit Notes: Maybe some credit notes have been applied to your account.

  • Device Adjustments: There might have been changes in the number of devices linked to your account.

If you think there’s an error on your invoice, just reach out to your Account Manager, they’ll help you get it sorted!
