My billing summary does not match my invoice

Why is there a difference between my billing summary and invoice?

It’s not uncommon for your billing summary and invoice to differ slightly. This can happen for a few reasons:

1. Credit notes applied

If a credit note has been issued (for example, refunds or adjustments), this may change the total shown on your invoice compared to your billing summary.

2. Device changes

If devices have been added or removed from your account, this can affect your billing and cause differences between the summary and invoice.
