Terminal does not turn on

When your Yetipay card reader doesn't power on, follow these steps to get it up and running:

  1. Charge and Check Power Connections: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to the device and plugged into a power outlet. Charge the terminal for at least 30 minutes before attempting to turn it on.

  2. Power On the Device: Locate the power button on the left side of the device. Press and hold the power button for at least 3 seconds to turn on the device.

  3. If the Device Is Still Not Starting: If the device doesn’t turn on after these steps, perform a hard reset as detailed below or contact Support for further assistance.
