You can send refund receipts via email both from the TableYeti App (on your terminal) and via Basecamp (via your web browser)!
To add the TableYeti App to your subscription and your devices please contact your account manager!
In the TableYeti App:
Open the TableYeti app
Press the hamburger menu button (3 lines) on the top right hand side.
Select "All transactions"
Locate the transaction you need using the filters
Press on the arrow button of the refund you want to send an email
Enter the email address and submit
In Basecamp:
Open Basecamp
Click "Reporting" and then "Transactions"
Locate the transaction you need using the filters
Click on the transactions you want to send an email
Enter the refund amount and the email address
Click on "Send email"
Enter email address and submit
