You can send refund receipts via email both from the TableYeti App (on your terminal) and via Basecamp (via your web browser)!

Via the TableYeti App:
Open the TableYeti App
Tap the Hamburger Menu (those three little lines) in the top right corner.
Select "All Transactions."
Use the Filters to find the transaction you need.
Press the arrow button next to the refund you want to send.
Enter the email address and submit.
Via Basecamp:
Open Basecamp.
Click on "Reporting," then choose "Transactions."
Use the Filters to locate the transaction you want to email.
Click on the transaction you want to send.
Enter the refund amount and the email address.
Click on "Send Email," enter the email address, and submit!
And voilà! You’ve sent your refund receipt in no time!
