If your touchscreen is not working:
Check for the Plastic Screen Cover: Make sure you’ve removed the protective plastic cover that comes with new devices. Sometimes, it can interfere with touch sensitivity!
Restart Your Device: A quick restart can solve many issues. Here’s how:
Hold down the power button until the device turns off.
Wait for 3 seconds.
Turn the device back on.
Clean the Screen: Dust and smudges can affect touch responsiveness. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently clean the screen.
If both of the above don't work - try a hard reset:
Turn Off the Device: Make sure it’s completely powered down.
Remove the Battery: Open the back of the device and take out the battery.
Wait 3 Seconds: Give it a brief moment before reinserting the battery.
Reinsert the Battery: Place the battery back in and power the device back on.
