To locate your device's serial number, you have multiple options, with the device settings being one of the primary methods. To find this:
Make sure you're on the home screen of your terminal.
If you’re inside an app, select the three dots at the top of the screen and choose “Exit” at the bottom.
Select "Settings"
You may be required to enter your passcodes here.
Select "Device Info"
You'll find your unique device serial number here
Alternate Method: Physical Device Locations
If accessing the device settings is not feasible:
Check the back of the device:
The serial number is typically printed on a label on the rear side of the terminal.
Look beneath the barcode:
The serial number may also be located under the barcode on the back of the device.
Ensure the label is visible and legible for easy reference.
