When will my money arrive in my bank account?

yetipay pays out your card takings Monday to Friday at 09:00 GMT via Faster Payments. If you're trading every day, you'll see funds arriving in your bank account every weekday morning.

💡 Example: If you trade Monday to Sunday, you'll receive 7 separate payouts every week — one each weekday morning. Your Monday payout will be the largest as it covers Friday, Saturday and Sunday's takings combined.

Payouts are processed at 09:00 GMT and sent via Faster Payments. Most merchants see funds shortly after 09:00, though your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.

Yes — card machine payments, Tap to Pay, Pay-by-Link and MOTO (telephone) payments all follow the same payout schedule.

If you have more than one site running yetipay machines, you'll receive a separate payout per site, per day. For example, a business with two locations will see two separate payout entries every weekday morning — one for each site.

You can filter by site in Basecamp using the "Choose a site" dropdown to view each location's payouts individually.

📅 Note: Payout dates in Basecamp show one day after the trading day — this is expected and reflects the T+1 settlement model.

Payouts are not processed on UK bank holidays. If a bank holiday falls on a Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday takings will all arrive on Tuesday instead.

💡 Tip: Over Easter (Good Friday + Bank Holiday Monday), Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday takings can all land on Tuesday. Plan your cash flow accordingly during busy trading periods.

Your payout is your net amount — total takings minus transaction fees, refunds and any chargebacks. This is normal and expected.
