Setting up WiFi & 4G on your new machine

Card machines are WiFi and 4G enabled, its up to you which is the best option depending on your signal and WiFi strength.

Switching Between WiFi and 4G: Let’s Get Connected!

Power Up Your Device:

Press and hold the power button until your device wakes up. It might ask you to pick a WiFi network—go ahead and choose one!

Home Sweet Home:

Once you’re on the home screen, you’ll see three apps:

  • Payments

  • Transactions

  • Settings

Time to Change Your Internet Connection:

  1. Tap on the Settings app.

  2. Select Network.

Get the Magic Code:

Enter the passcode you received in your shipping email from [email protected]. Need help finding those passwords? Click here!

Connect and Go!

Here you can turn WiFi on or off, add new networks, and more.

  • To use 4G, make sure WiFi is turned off.

  • Allow 2–3 minutes for the 4G connection to take over before attempting any transactions.

Once you’re connected, you’re all set to use your card machine 🚀


Troubleshooting

No 4G connection?

  • Make sure WiFi is turned off.

  • Wait at least 2–3 minutes for 4G to activate.

  • Check you have signal bars on your device.

Still not connected?

  • Restart your device and try again.

  • Move to an area with better signal (near a window or outside if possible).

WiFi not working?

  • Double-check the network name and password.

  • Try reconnecting or selecting the network again.
