How to return a card machine?

Returning your device has never been easier, card machines can be returned using this link, free of charge.

This means you can order a collection from the comfort of your own home, or dropping off the device at a nearby post office.

If you require a replacement device:

  1. Ensure you reach out to Yetipay support or your account manager

  2. Provide the serial number of the device that needs to be replaced

  3. Book in the collection of the device being returned using this link

If you are returning a device and want to cancel your subscription:

  1. Ensure that all devices, cables, docks and plugs are included.

  2. Billing will automatically stop once we have returned a complete device. (ie. You will not need to cancel your account)

Any omissions (not returning chargers, cables etc.) may affect your bill.
