Simply select the device(s) you want to return in your Basecamp account and choose “Return devices”. You’ll then be guided to our new returns portal.
The portal will walk you through the full process, including:
Registering your return
Generating your free return label
Step-by-step packaging instructions
Tracking your device back to us
Please note: This process is currently available to UK customers only.
If your business is based outside the UK, you’ll be classed as an international customer - please contact support if you need a replacement or want to return your terminal.
