Thinking about closing your account? Reach out to our customer support, your sales rep or account manager so we can talk this through!
A Quick Note: Closing your account depends on your contract length with yetipay. Additionally, YetiPay offers two types of contracts: Rolling 30-Day Plans, which continue indefinitely until canceled, and Fixed-Term Contracts, which have a specific end date and may incur early exit fees if ended prematurely.
If you have a fixed-term contract with yetipay you will need to reach out to our support team or your account manager Please note that canceling a fixed-term contract before its end date may incur an early exit fee. To avoid these fees, ensure cancellations are aligned with the contract's end date.
I am on a rolling 30-day contract: How do I close my account? Note: A rolling 30-day plan requires a 30-day notice period for cancellation, ensuring no additional charges accrue during the transition.

I’ve Closed My Account—When Will Billing Stop?
Billing for device rental will stop once we receive the card machine(s) back and all outstanding charges are settled. Please ensure timely device returns to avoid continued billing.
Just a heads-up: if you’ve used the machine this month, there may be some charges before we can officially close your account. Charges may also continue to accrue until the card machine is physically returned, even if your business has ceased trading. For prompt cessation of invoicing, ensure devices are returned immediately.
