Log into Basecamp
Go to Company > Company Settings
Hit the "Close" button
Tell us why you are cancelling (this helps us improve!)
Before we can wrap things up, please make sure to:
Return all hardware to us. Remember - if we do not receive all items we will continue to bill your account.
I’ve Closed My Account—When Will Billing Stop?
Billing for device rental will stop once we receive the card machine(s) back and all outstanding charges are settled.
Just a heads-up: if you’ve used the machine this month, there may be some charges before we can officially close your account.
