How to close my account

To close your account please contact our customer support, your sales rep or account manager using the links provided.

Being able to close your account is dependent on your contract length with Yetipay.

Before your account will be closed we require you to:

  1. Return all hardware to us and

  2. Make us aware that you will cease working with us by contacting support, your rep or your account manager.

I've closed my account - when will I stop being billed?

We will stop device rental billing once the card machine(s) is returned to Yetipay and all outstanding charges have been settled.

If you have used the machine in the current month then there will be charges associated before your account can be closed.
