Not able to complete onboarding due to error message

If you click your personal onboarding link and are met with the error message:

"Oops! Looks like you've signed up without using your custom onboarding link!"

  • This may be because you are attempting to log in using a different email address to the one that was provided when conducting KYC

We suggest:

Trying to reset your password using the following link - https://basecamp.yetipay.me/forgot
โ€‹
If you reset your password and continue to see the error message please ensure the correct email has been used (the same as on initial KYC).
