Not able to complete onboarding due to error message

If you click your personal onboarding link and are met with the error message:

"Oops! Looks like you've signed up without using your custom onboarding link!"

  • This usually happens because you might be trying to log in with a different email address than the one you used for KYC.

    Here’s what to do next:

  1. Try Resetting Your Password:
    Click on this link to reset your password: Reset Password.

  2. Double-Check Your Email Address:
    If you’ve reset your password but are still seeing the error message, make sure you’re using the right email address—the one you provided during your initial KYC process.

  3. Still Having Issues?
