Why haven't I received my money?

Payouts will be paused if you:

  • Disconnect your Direct Debit
    or

  • If your bill payment fails (leading to an outstanding bill on your account)

Managing Your Billing in Basecamp:

  1. Log in to Basecamp: Head over to your Basecamp account.

  2. Select "Billing": Find the Billing section.

  3. Choose "Payment Methods": Here you can add or remove payment methods and set a default.

  4. Keep Your Email Updated: Billing summaries are emailed to you, so make sure your email is up-to-date in the Settings area!
