If a customer requests another copy of their receipt, you can easily reprint it from the Transactions app on your handheld terminal.
Steps to Reprint a Receipt
Follow the instructions below on your handheld terminal:
Open the Transactions App
From the home screen, tap Transactions.
Go to History
Select History to view a list of previous payments.
Find the Transaction
Scroll through the list or search for the payment you want to reprint.
Select the Transaction
Tap on the transaction to open the full details.
Print the Receipt
Choose Print Receipt.
Select Receipt Type
You will be given two options:
Merchant Copy
Cardholder Copy
Tap the copy you want to print.
Receipt Prints Automatically
The terminal will print the selected receipt immediately.
Notes
Only completed transactions will appear in the History list.
If the receipt does not print, check that the terminal has enough paper.
You can reprint receipts at any time from the transaction record.
