How to Apply for a Higher Refund Limit (Negative Refund Balance)

If you need to process a refund that exceeds your current available balance, you can apply for an increased Daily Refund Allowance directly through the Companion App.

This allows you to request approval to process refunds beyond your current settlement balance.


How to Apply

  1. Log in to the Companion App

  2. Navigate to:

    Account → Settings → Manage your limits → Daily refunds allowance

  3. Submit your application request

  4. Our team will review and notify you of the outcome


Important Information

  • Approval is not automatic and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • Additional checks may be required depending on your industry

  • You will be notified once a decision has been made
