How to update the bank account your payouts are sent to

If you need to update the bank account you receive payouts into, please follow the steps below:

What to do:

  1. Contact Yetipay Support to request the change.

  2. We’ll complete a quick security check using a one-time passcode (OTP).

  3. Once verified, we’ll send you a secure link to update your bank details.


What you need to know:

  • The new bank account must be in the name of your business (the entity registered with Adyen).

  • You will need to provide a bank statement showing your business name and account number to verify the new account.


What to expect:

  • All changes are subject to approval by Adyen’s underwriting team.

  • This process typically takes 2–3 business days.

  • Your payouts will be temporarily paused while the checks are completed.
