What to do:
Contact Yetipay Support to request the change.
We’ll complete a quick security check using a one-time passcode (OTP).
Once verified, we’ll send you a secure link to update your bank details.
What you need to know:
The new bank account must be in the name of your business (the entity registered with Adyen).
You will need to provide a bank statement showing your business name and account number to verify the new account.
What to expect:
All changes are subject to approval by Adyen’s underwriting team.
This process typically takes 2–3 business days.
Your payouts will be temporarily paused while the checks are completed.
