I can't login to my yetipay account

Troubleshooting login issues including forgotten password, locked account, email not recognised, and how to reset your Basecamp credentials

Having trouble logging into Basecamp or the yetipay app? Here's how to fix the most common issues.


Forgotten your password?

  1. Enter the email address registered to your account

  2. Click Send Code

  3. Check your inbox for a reset code (check spam/junk if you don't see it within a few minutes)

  4. Enter the code and create a new password

  5. Log in with your new password


Not receiving the reset email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure you're using the same email address you signed up with

  • If you're still not receiving the email, contact our support team β€” we can verify which email is on your account and send a manual reset


Account locked?

If you've tried logging in multiple times with the wrong password, your account may be temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the password reset process above.


Using a different email than you signed up with?

If you've changed your email since signing up, you'll need to contact support to update the email address on your account before you can log in.


Getting an error during onboarding?

If you're seeing "Oops! Looks like you've signed up without using your custom onboarding link!" β€” this usually means you're trying to log in with a different email than the one you used for KYC.
