All settings and transaction changes (including refunds) require a 4-digit PIN for authorisation.

Keep it Safe: Make sure this PIN is only shared with authorized personnel who handle refunds.

Lost Your PIN? No worries! If you’ve misplaced your PIN, just log into your basecamp (Sites > 3 dot menu > See passcodes) or your companion app (Account > Device passcodes).
