1. Download the yetipay Companion App
Open the App Store.
Search for yetipay
Download and open the app.
2. Log In
Sign in using your yetipay merchant credentials.
Follow any on-screen prompts to complete setup.
3. Enable Tap to Pay
Once logged in, Tap to Pay will appear as a payment option if your device and account are eligible.
Follow the on-screen instructions to activate it.
Taking a Payment
Enter the payment amount in the app.
Ask the customer to tap their:
Contactless debit or credit card
Apple Pay
Other supported digital wallet
The customer should hold their card or device near the top of your iPhone until the payment completes.
What Payments Can I Accept?
Tap to Pay on iPhone allows you to accept:
Contactless debit and credit cards
Apple Pay
Other digital wallets
Troubleshooting
If Tap to Pay does not appear in the app:
Check your iPhone model is supported. Eligibility Checker
Make sure iOS is fully updated.
Confirm you have an active internet connection.
Ensure you are logged into the correct merchant account.
