If your POS isn't talking to your yetipay terminal, this is usually a network issue. Here's what to try:
Quick Fixes
1. Check your device mode
Make sure your terminal is in Pay at Counter mode (Integrated mode)
If you're on Wi-Fi, switch to 4G
If you're on 4G, switch to Wi-Fi
Test a payment after switching
3. Restart your terminal
A simple restart often resolves connection issues
Common Problems
"My terminal went offline"
This means the internet connection dropped. Switch networks or restart your terminal.
"Payment started but never completed on my POS"
Your POS is waiting for a response but the connection is unstable. Try switching networks.
"My POS shows the payment failed, but the customer was charged"
This happens when the connection drops during a payment. The terminal processed it, but your POS never received confirmation. Contact support - we'll help sort out the transaction.
Can't Get It Working?
Switch to non-integrated mode so you can keep taking payments while we fix the issue.
To switch modes, tap 3 times in the top left corner of your terminal, then go to "New payment".
